Broker AGEA is licensed by the Capital Market Commission of Montenegro (formerly the Securities and Exchange Commission of Montenegro). This broker is not regulated by a credible regulatory body, namely CFTC, NFA, FCA, FSA, FINMA, MiFID, ASIC and FMA.
Credible regulatory bodies are those that have been tested and globally recognized, and impose strict sanctions on brokers if they are found to violate agreed-upon terms. These regulatory bodies are also responsible for the security of client funds.
Regarding whether it is a market maker or not, we will not know unless we are involved in the broker's work process. So to find out if it is a market maker, we must work with the broker to know how the order process works.
