Are you having trouble registering for a demo account at Gainscope FXDD?

Hello Master, I am still a beginner and want to try trading with FXDD Gainscope broker but I am having difficulty registering for a demo account to practice for 6 months before moving to a real account. Is it necessary to register for a wallet first/ register for a real account, and then after officially registering with the broker for the real account using ID card + bank statement, only then can I open a demo account? If it is allowed to register directly for a demo account, why have I been trying for 3 days and still can't do it?
