This is because it was blocked by the government, in this case Kominfo. It was blocked because it was considered an illegal broker due to not having a license from Bappebti or being regulated by Bappebti. Bappebti is the regulatory body for forex brokers in Indonesia.
Not only Agea, many other foreign brokers' sites have also been blocked by the government for the same reason.
