Tickmill Strengthens MENA Existence Through Leadership Change
Tickmill appoints Joseph Dahrieh as Managing Director and Elie Tarabay as Head of Partnerships for the MENA region, aiming to strengthen its position in the fast-growing CFD market.

Forex broker Tickmill recently shook up its leadership by appointing two key figures to drive growth in the fast-growing MENA region . Joseph Dahrieh has stepped into the role of Managing Director for MENA, while Elie Tarabay was promoted to Head of Partnerships for the same region.
This change comes as part of forex broker Tickmill's strategy to strengthen its foothold in the MENA region, which has become an important hub for CFD trading.
Dahrieh is no stranger to the company, having previously served as Managing Principal from March 2023 to September 2024, and previously as Country Manager and Market Strategist from February 2018 to April 2023. He has also held roles such as Vice President of Partnerships at Amana Capital and became an instructor at TradeCaptain.com, which gave him strong skills in relationship building and strategy execution.
Tarabay, on the other hand, has secured his new position as Head of Partnerships after previously working as Senior Manager for Client Partnerships in the region. His experience at the low spread broker began in November 2021, where he served as Partnership Account Manager before taking on greater responsibilities. p>
Tarabay's previous career includes marketing and sales management roles at MAG Lifestyle Development and The Heart of Europe, further demonstrating his ability in business development.
This leadership change comes shortly after Carla Nemr, Tickmill's Chief Business Development Officer, announced his departure after nearly eight years with the company. Nemr, who joined in 2017 as Head of Global Business Development, shared that his time at Tickmill was “an incredible chapter.”
