Actually, is it babepti or kominfo that blocks the website? Do they have the same task?

And why do foreign brokers often get blocked in Indonesia? Have clients from Indonesia been cheated in large numbers?

@ Justin:

- Both, Bappebti collaborates with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo). As far as we know, their duties are not the same. Bappebti is under the Ministry of Trade.

- Foreign brokers are blocked because they are considered illegal, as they do not have a license from Bappebti. The government's provision is that every broker operating in the territory of Indonesia must obtain a license (be regulated) by Bappebti as the regulatory body for futures trading in Indonesia.
