Withdraw Request Even Got Blocked

My account was blocked today by InstaForex after a withdrawal request. The market opens on Tuesdays and closes on Wednesday afternoons. When I withdrew, the information from the IB could not be due to the system, and I was further asked why the IB didn't know. And it turns out that access to his account is also not possible. I contacted InstaForex support and then emailed AntiFraud. Where is the problem? I have been trading at InstaForex for 4 years, and this time I had a problem. My friends were warned: "Be careful; they are blocked." Uh, it's been 4 years. If there is no clarity, I have to move to another broker.

Instaforex is really bad. How do you want to trade with large capital if, one day, it is your turn to be blocked by the InstaForex anti-fraud team? I have finished trading up to 80 million dollars in instaforex. My current account is 2434278.
