Why Instaforex Can't Be Opened in Batam?

Starting yesterday, 26 Feb 2014, in Batam, the site could not be opened. But MT4 is still okay. I'm using a Three modem. What is the reason? As for Three in Yogyakarta, he said it could be opened.

It could be blocked

Same. I also can't access InstaForex since yesterday & until now, no one knows the exact answer. Someone said the website is blocked in Indonesia.
