Why Do You Have to Deposit $100 While The Minimum Profit Is $300?

I'm new at this. Instaforex really gives a $1000 startup bonus. However, when I asked one of the CS, "Can I win the profit if my profit reaches 300 lots?" And it turns out that the answer is that you have to deposit a minimum of $100 according to the conditions. None of the many provisions I've read explain why you must first make a deposit before you can profit from WD. Is Instaforex actually safe? What is the guarantee that if I make a deposit, my account will remain safe (not closed unilaterally) or something else?

I also experienced the exact same thing: I got 10% profit and a $1000 affiliate bonus from two partners. Can this bonus be on WD, or is it just a figment?
So far, I haven't been able to believe it right away because I just tried the InstaForex broker. I hope InstaForex can build my confidence so I can join InstaForex. Furthermore, I have benefited from InstaForex's bonus account. I need certainty, and moreover, I was asked to deposit my funds first to get the WD profit bonus. Please clarify and double-check.
