WD at FBS cannot be larger than Deposit

Withdrawal (WD) at FBS takes too long. I needed 18 hours, and it's still in process and hasn't arrived in my account. After waiting for 18 hours, I was so disappointed when the amount that I could withdraw was only about 8% or $6, which was the initial deposit and couldn't be more than that.

The reason given was that I made the deposit via card pay, and the withdrawal was through a refund. What about the rest? The customer service said I could withdraw it via a local bank, but after trying 2 times, the withdrawal was still rejected.

I thought it was a joke after spending 18 hours just for $6, which I still haven't received in full. But that's the reality that happened.
