They Denied Withdrawal from Same Option As Depost

I always find it odd that a broker would allow you to deposit through one option but denied withdrawal to the very same option. A month ago I deposited some money in TMGM through Sticapay, it goes smoothly. It gets process quick and everything. Now I want to withdraw from it again and they refuse. Claiming that they don't accept withdrawal from it. Very weird indeed. So, I decided to switch using my bank transfer and it's finally arrived safely. But my bank charge transaction fees for it, it's really annoying.
