My Balance is Reduced. How Did It Happen?

I opened an ECN Zero account instead of being swap-free, but I had a position to stay overnight. How come my balance was reduced the next day?

During the account registration, did Mr. Jon check the option for swap-free? Whether your account is swap-free or not, you can check it in your account's myfxtm cabinet.

There was an explanation yesterday via live chat, the free swap account only applies a week after being swapped, I thought that free swap was forever.

How can it be like that?
Shouldn't the free swap be valid forever?
Is it only a promotion on FXTM?
