Its financial part is somewhat silly

Having an account starting from a no deposit bonus account, the bonus failed when I tried to open a cent account 3x with a smooth mini deposit even though I have never withdrawn. Because I felt more confident, I tried to open a standard account with a $500 deposit, but WTF!!! The deposit transaction was rejected because the sender's name did not match the account name. I transferred using the same bank account and bank when depositing 3 times to the cent account and never had any problems. Fortunately, the live chat customer service was responsive and immediately helped solve the problem. Hopefully, if I can make a profit, the withdrawal process will be safe and smooth.
