I keep having problems when I am trying to apply...

I keep having problems when I am trying to apply to their swap-free account. It has happened several times and I am very desperate. I tried sending an email to their customer service and I have yet to receive an answer. This is odd, I wonder if anyone experience the same thing or if is it just me. Either way, it's very frustrating and I'm considering quitting altogether.
