Honestly, I am still very 50:50 when it comes to rating IC Markets. I'm here just to share my experience, I should warn you that other traders' experiences might differ.

I think their spread is excellent and I like that they have abundant instruments to trade with. I am also very happy with how they handle customer service. They always fixed the problem really quickly.

Now about the things that I don't like. I think their slippage is pretty bad, this is actually one of the worse slippages I have ever experienced. Also, it's true that customer service fixes my problem quickly. But they also take a very long time to answer my chat. So there is that.

Overall I think that this is actually an excellent broker, but I think they could be better.
