Dear Bachrul,
FXOpen is a broker that is not included in the domestic regulator, FXOpen Markets Limited, a company registered in Nevis with No. C 42235. FXOpen is a member of The Financial Commission. More details on our official page.

Apart from that, Forex Trading is not a guaranteed profitable investment, but there are risk factors and potential profits.

Greetings Profit,

The list is ridiculous, basically a broker who doesn't want to pay Bappebti will definitely be labeled a fraud. Strange.

haha..that's an inconsequential list...how come even non-broker sites are labeled fake investments too?

For your information...FXOpen does not yet have regulations from Indonesia. However, FXOpen has licenses from other well-known regulatory bodies, such as: FCA UK, ASIC Australia.

That's how it seems... if a broker doesn't have a CoFTRA license, they will definitely be blocked. It doesn't matter whether the brokers are big and well-known in the world.
