eToro and Franklin Templeton collaborate to launch six new target date portfolios. These portfolios offer flexible strategies, with diversified ETFs, and focus on capital preservation.
Giant fintech eToro forex broker is making strategic moves to help its users achieve their financial goals. In June 2025, this popular social trading broker collaborated with Franklin Templeton, one of the world's leading asset managers, to launch six new investment portfolios.
This new offering focuses on target date strategies, to simplify long-term investments.
The main feature of these portfolios is their ability to automatically adjust asset allocation and risk exposure. As the specified target date approaches, the portfolios will shift to become more conservative. Each portfolio leverages Franklin Templeton's tactical asset allocation insights and is built using diversified ETFs across various sectors and geographical regions.
Investors can choose from target dates set for the years 2028, 2030, 2033, and 2035, with an initial investment of just $1,000. Furthermore, eToro forex broker offers full capital protection for users who invest a minimum of $2,000 in the 2030 portfolio between July 1 and December 31, 2025, provided that the investment is held until maturity.
In addition to the core target date options, investors can choose from two additional portfolio types:
- FixedIncome-FTconservative: This option focuses on capital preservation, combining 90% fixed income with 10% equity.
- Equity-FT: For those seeking long-term growth without reducing risk, this is an entirely equity-based portfolio.
