Forex Broker Pepperstone Appoints New COO and Chief Commercial Officer

Pepperstone, a leading forex and CFD broker, has made some major changes in its top leadership. The expert copy trading broker has appointed Tom Williams as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Williams is a veteran in the financial industry. He previously served as General Manager Financial Risk, Analytics, and Operations at Pepperstone forex broker since joining the company in August 2022. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Go Markets, where he rose through the ranks from Head of Training to Responsible Manager (ASFL).

Meanwhile, former COO, Rob Bowen, will serve as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Bowen brings more than 25 years of experience in the trading industry to his new position. Prior to joining Pepperstone forex broker, he served as Commercial Director and Head of Derivatives Sales and Marketing at IG Group.

In addition to the executive appointments, Pepperstone has also promoted two other key team members. Mariia Erokhina has been appointed General Manager of Information Security and Compliance, while Kim Reily is now serving as Head of Customer Experience. These promotions demonstrate Pepperstone's commitment to strengthening its team from within.

The management changes at Pepperstone are part of a broader trend in the forex industry. Other brokers are also making changes in their leadership.
