How does leverage work? Say you use a 1:100 leverage for a $10 trade. The leverage would enable you to trade 100x bigger than your initial money, so your trade size can go up to $1,000. Instead of earning only $10 when the trade ends up in profit, you could gain 100x bigger than that.
