it is the percentage ratio of the number of Sellers and Buyers according to the survey of the company in question. If Red is 52% at OANDA, it means that 52% of OANDA traders or investors are doing SELL. The same applies if you use data from ZuluTrade.

The ratio is an order volume ratio. The ratio reflects how much order volume is opened for buy and sell positions at a broker.
