Why use a broker with a failing FBS authority when there's already a balance? Will the balance be lost?
To Mansur,
Authorization failure when logging in to a trading account is usually caused by an error in selecting the trading server or an incorrect entry of the account number or trading password. Therefore, the solution you can do is to repeat the login process. Make sure you select the trading server that corresponds to the type/kind of account you are using. In addition, make sure you have entered the account login number and trading password correctly.
Also, pay attention to the combination of uppercase and lowercase letters in your trading password. Because generally, trading passwords are case-sensitive. This means that if you enter uppercase or lowercase letters incorrectly, it will cause login to fail (authorization failed).
If you have done all of these correctly, but are still experiencing difficulties logging in to your account, you can try contacting the customer support of the relevant broker.
“...won't the balance disappear?”
The balance in your trading account will not disappear as long as you have not or are not carrying out trading activities! However, if you have previously carried out trading activities by placing positions or still have open positions, then of course your equity will change following the development of existing floating profit/loss.
Hopefully this helps.
