Example #2:

You recruit 40 clients. If we assume that these clients make 10 standard lots of trades each month,
then: For the first 20 Clients, a commission of $2.5/Lot
Total Lots: 20 clients x 10 Lots = 200 Lots
Commission earnings: 200 Lots X $2.5 = $500/month

then: For the next 80 Clients, a commission of $5/Lot
Total Lots: 20 clients x 10 Lots = 200 Lots
Commission earnings: 200 Lots X $5 = $1000/month

So Total Commission Earnings: $500 + $1000 = $1500/month
