Simona Wilkinson, a seasoned professional with extensive HR experience, announced her latest career move via LinkedIn,by taking on the role of Head of Strategic Operations at Pepperstone forex broker. This new position not only marks a step forward in his career but also a shift in focus, as he combines deep HR knowledge with a broader strategic vision for the organization.
Wilkinson has had a dynamic journey with forex broker Pepperstone, starting as Senior People and Culture Partner for UK & EMEA in January 2021. He was then promoted to Regional Head of People & Culture for EMEA & LATAM in July 2023. Previous roles at large companies such as JUUL Labs, Cochrane and Iglu.com have equipped him with a strong foundation to take on this new challenge.
