BDSwiss has officially announced the departure of Natale Mastoroudes from her role as Chief People Officer. After serving at the forex and CFDs broker for over a year in Cyprus, she has decided to step down, and it's reported that she will soon unveil her new position.

In January 2022, Mastoroudes initially joined BDSwiss as the Head of HR and was later promoted to Chief People Officer in June. With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, she has previously worked with FXPRIMUS and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus, focusing on human resources and talent.

Her career includes an 18-month tenure as the Head of Human Resources at FXPRIMUS in Cyprus from June 2020 to December 2021. Before that, she served as the HR Manager at Q8 Trade, a forex and CFD trading platform provider, from July 2019 to June 2020.

From January 2012 to June 2019, Mastoroudes held various positions at Amdocs, including the role of Talent Acquisition Project Manager in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from March 2017. She also worked as a Senior Associate of People and Transformation at PwC Cyprus.

Apart from Mastoroudes, other departures have been noted at BDSwiss, including Thomas Pantazis, the Head of Country Partnership at Admirals Australia, and Marc Suárez, one of the broker's marketing executives.
