That's the InstaForex standard lot, Sir. InstaForex has its own lot standardization, which is 10 times smaller than a standard lot in general.

So that provision isn't a standard lot in general, but an InstaForex standard lot, or 10 times smaller than a common standard lot.

You can make a withdrawal. When you enter the amount of funds to be withdrawn, the remaining funds or the amount you can withdraw will be displayed. Regarding the 30 bonus, there are specific terms and conditions that you must fulfill. If you can meet those requirements, the bonus will be yours.

For deposits, it can be done even without verification, while for withdrawals from a no deposit bonus account, Instaforex requires you to complete level 2 verification.

If you have profited more than 10% of the $1000 account (profit exceeding $100) then your account will be disabled and you will no longer be able to make transactions.
