Can an account with a profile that is not 100% complete, but only 90% complete, still do fund transfers and withdrawals?
Because to register with eToro, we have to show our passport, but my passport has already expired.
I have tried asking the customer service team, but I have to wait 7 days for a response.

For those who have already registered and uploaded documents, please contact eToro support. Then, don't forget to write a request for your account to be verified immediately, for example like this: “I've uploaded the document, please verify my account”.
Regarding your passport issue, it seems you need to be patient waiting for a response from eToro because ID documents such as ID cards/driver's licenses/passports are the main requirements for account verification.
