Min, I want to ask if I have an account with instaforex, and then I create a new account with another broker. Can I transfer my balance to the new account with a different broker and withdraw from that new account? Because currently, my withdrawal process is very hindered by the broker from instaforex. Please help me. Thank you

It is not possible. You cannot transfer funds from different brokers. The only way is to make a withdrawal first at your old broker. Then, if the withdrawal process is successful and you have received the funds, only then can you make a deposit into the new broker's account.
