It's likely due to the Marketiva server time. Each broker has a different trading time, basically this time is adjusted to the conditions and region. You can see that there can be differences in server time between one broker and another. The ones who move the price are still the market players themselves. You can compare between broker A and broker B, and others, please pay attention to the Time.
On the other hand, the broker itself always provides information if there are changes to the trading schedule/time. For example, when there is a change of season that affects the implementation of DST (Daylight Saving Time), there will usually be a 1 hour difference from the usual trading time.
