Satria is confused about which broker to deposit with after I collected a lot of information, I am interested in these two brokers, namely exness and fxopen.
My capital is small, around $15, and I am used to holding positions for weeks. And I think I am a hedging style trader. Which broker and what kind of account would be suitable? If possible, no swap and low commission + spread.

@asobta:
If your capital is around USD 15, I think it's safe with any broker. Your trading style is swing (medium to long term). The account type is micro or 0.01 lot, where if you trade EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD or NZD/USD the value per pip = USD 0.1. With an entry of 0.01 lot, your resilience is (USD 15 / USD 0.1) = 150 pips (excluding margin).

For both brokers you mentioned, they are quite okay and indeed no commission, but there is a swap.

Talking about broker hubs and trading styles. Is it true that FXOpen is the best broker for scalping? If you want to scalp, what should you look for in a broker? And does FXOpen already meet the requirements?
Thanks master...

@ firmansyah:
The best one for scalping is relative because every broker certainly has its advantages and disadvantages, but for scalping I think this FXOpen broker meets the requirements, namely:

  • Low spread, between 0 to 0.5
  • Leverage from 1:100 to 1:500. The larger the leverage, the smaller the minimum margin so that if you have several positions it will save margin.
  • Using the Metatrader platform so the technical analysis tools are quite complete, there are also pending order facilities.
  • Claims no requotes (no requotes). For this one you have to try it yourself.

Although broker FXOpen is one of the popular ones in Indonesia, we suggest that you should try scalping on its demo account first, examine the minimum time for closing and the minimum price distance from the opening price to be able to exit, whether it is in accordance with what is offered, as well as the no requotes claim.
