I want to make a deposit, but I failed to log in to the FBS website, with the message that I am not allowed to log in using this IP, even though I was able to use the same IP before. What is the solution?
To Abdul Rochim,
You may have activated the IP Access Filtering feature. This feature is useful for filtering which IPs are allowed to access the personal area. You can find this feature in the Personal Area Profile Settings section. You can disable this feature so that you can freely log in to the personal area with any IP. 
However, if you have never had any problems before, you can consult the relevant customer service. Consultation can be done via live chat or via e-mail. Consult the problems you have by attaching evidence of the problem (can be a screen capture, or etc.) so that it can be handled by the relevant team.
