Dear forex, I want to withdraw from FBS and previously I deposited using a joint ATM and successfully processed with a different bank and when I want to withdraw from FBS, they suggest using the same bank. Why is it that using a joint ATM with a different bank is processed, and when withdrawing, it has to be the same bank? Wow, super tricky. Thank you, seputarforex, for providing the facility.
To ANAS NISOMUDDIN,
Usually for withdrawal purposes, brokers generally implement a one-way account system. This means you can only withdraw funds to the same destination account as when you first made a deposit. So if you deposited funds to a bank account ABC, then for subsequent withdrawals and so on, you can only use bank account ABC.
Regarding the problem you are experiencing, from our chat with FBS broker customer service regarding the withdrawal method using ATM Bersama, you must use a Bank BRI account. Because the BRI account is the destination account for deposit purposes. Therefore, for withdrawals, you must automatically use the same bank account (Bank BRI). Here are the screenshots of our conversation with FBS broker customer service.

Therefore, in this case, you can make a withdrawal to a Bank BRI account. If you do not have a Bank BRI account yet, you can create a new account first.
Hopefully this can help.
