I am looking for a master broker that is ECN, is fxopen or icmarket safe?

@Elvan: Whether or not it is safe, let's look at the regulations. FXOpen has regulation from ASIC and FCA, while ICMarkets has regulation from ASIC. FCA and ASIC are credible, strict regulators, so both of these brokers are categorized as safe.
