warm greetings,

I am learning about demo accounts at FBS, and I have a question. Why is it that every time I set an SL/TP, it always shows INVALID SL/TP? The way I enter SL/TP is with a ratio of SL = 30 TP = 50. For example, if I open a BUY GBP/USD at the price of 1.56116, then I set SL = 1.56086 and TP = 1.56166. I would appreciate your help, friends.

To Thalia

If the broker you are using is a fixed spread broker (4 digits) then it is not wrong, but the broker you are using is a 5-digit spread broker (5 digits after the point/comma). Therefore, TP 300 and TP 500 (if on a 4-digit broker then 30 : 50 pips). There is also a possibility that you placed it when the price was running so the order did not go through. In FBS, the distance of pending orders, stop loss or take profit of 30 pips is equivalent to 3 pips of a 4-digit spread.

Thanks.
