Please help with the withdrawal issue at Instaforex

I am just learning to trade with Instaforex, I deposited through visa and it turns out that for the withdrawal process, I also have to use visa through another party (sorex) and there is no other alternative.
The problem I faced is that in the withdrawal process through sorex, I have to go through card verification where I have to enter a value that I don't know what number it is that I have to enter. (To prove the verification, enter the amount of money blocked on your card.)
Please help me master with this issue so that I can withdraw the results of my trading at Instaforex.
