Unable to connect: if it's still a demo account, you can try creating a new account by going to File - Open an Account, and select an active demo server address. If you have already opened a real account, you can ask customer support for the server address being used. As far as I know, the broker XM has a representation in Indonesia.
Once connected, the price movement value will be actual and real-time, including on the MT5 WebTrader platform. Brokers will not take the risk of manipulating prices on their trading platforms.
My advice is that if you are having difficulty using MT5, you should use MT4 because XM also offers the MT4 platform for PC. Currently, MT4 is still more popular than MT5.
