Open a ZuluTrade account without having to have a broker account

If you are going to be a trading provider/signal provider, you do not need to open a broker account. However, if you are going to be a follower, a recipient of trading signals and you want to connect with a provider you find profitable, then you need to open an account at a broker who has partnered with Zulutrade.

What are the requirements to become a provider? Is there a special selection process to ensure signal quality?
