Is the withdrawal process of go markets broker really long?

Hey guys, sorry I'm a new member.
I have a question. Does anyone here also use go markets broker?
The story is, I already withdrew my balance but it didn't go into my account.
I tried to complain to the broker and they said my balance will be returned to my account.. but the next day I tried to withdraw again and the same thing happened... It's been almost 2 months now, guys.
What do you think I should do in this situation?

If the response from the broker is unsatisfactory, please complain to the broker's regulator, attaching evidence.
To our knowledge, Go Markets is regulated by ASIC Australia. Please read: List of ASIC Regulated Australian Forex Brokers

But we do not follow the developments, whether it is still regulated by ASIC now.

ASIC Australia, right? Don't expect much from the quality of the brokers. I was also scammed by icm**ark**ts, an Australian-based broker. Just let it go. Next time, join a broker regulated by the FCA in England.
