Is trading with a dealer broker mandatory to lose because it's against the dealer? Saxobank Oanda are big brokers, but they're dealers. So does that mean Saxobank Oanda can move the charts however they like? If trading with a dealer broker, is it the same as handing over money to the broker for nothing?

To Sudirman Said,
“Is trading with a dealer broker destined to lose because it goes against the dealer?”
No. Trading with a dealer broker can still be profitable as long as the strategy and analysis used are truly reliable.
“Saxobank Oanda are large brokers, but Dealers. Does this mean Saxobank Oanda can move the chart at will?”
They are indeed large brokers who have very large trading volume and liquidity, so they are labeled as “market makers”. However, the logic of “market maker” here does not refer to dealer brokers, but rather as the true market movers. Why is this? Because most of those trading there are big players whose entry can potentially shake the market. That's why these brokers are labeled as “market makers” because they do have large volume and liquidity.
“If trading with a dealer broker, is it the same as handing money to the broker for free?”
No. Trading with a dealer broker can still be profitable as long as the strategy and analysis used are truly reliable and the broker used does not engage in serious fraudulent activities.
Hopefully this can help.

To Aji Pangestu,
It is not possible. We believe that traders from Indonesia will be automatically directed to Oanda Asia-Pacific region. Unless you have an American identity card/citizenship, then you can directly join Oanda US under the auspices of the CFTC.
Hope this helps.

What are the differences in OANDA regulations in each of its areas of influence?

To Dudung,
The influence is the difference in rules and policies. Rules and policies created by one regulatory body will certainly differ from those of another. Because Oanda brokers have many branches (each of which must certainly comply with and obey the rules of the local regulatory body/authority), there will certainly be differences in the system of rules and policies between Oanda in region A and Oanda in other regions.
