@ Hidayat:

Perhaps you mean: is FBS a DD or NDD broker…

In assessing a broker, we adhere to the regulations obtained by the broker. As long as the broker is regulated by an internationally credible regulatory body, namely CFTC, NFA, FCA, FSA, FINMA, MiFID, ASIC and FMA, it will be safe. Credible regulatory bodies are those that have been tested and are globally recognized, and impose strict sanctions on brokers if they are found to violate agreed-upon provisions. These regulatory bodies are also responsible for the security of client funds.

In terms of regulation, FBS broker is regulated by IFSC or the International Financial Services Commission of Belize, and CySEC Cyprus. Read also: FBS Broker Profile and Review

Nevertheless, this broker has many clients and IBs in Indonesia. Regarding DD or NDD, we will not know for sure unless we work at the broker, so we know how the broker handles incoming orders.
