Is Cityindex and forex.com really under the umbrella of gain capital? And is this broker safe? And which one is the correct gain capital website? Thank you.

If it's forex.com, I don't know, because I don't know what the correct link is. Gain Capital and Citi Index are two different brokers. However, both are under the umbrella of Stonex Group. So, Citi Index is not under Gain Capital.
