@Fiar: There were several red flags when I started browsing the main page of this platform.
1. Unregulated. It is not explained where and by whom this broker is regulated. I would usually check the registration number with the regulatory body under which the broker is based.
2. Unclear address. On the main website page it says: The Chronicle 4 Norwich Street, City of London, London. After I checked on google maps, that address is the address of a Hotel-Apartment called The Cronicle.
If this broker is located in London (UK) then it usually has a license or is registered with the FCA UK but there is no trace of regulation on its main page. I am worried, you will be one of the victims of a scam from a bogus broker like this. This mode has been around for a long time and has happened repeatedly.
In the end, traders who trade with brokers like this cannot withdraw their money because basically from the start their goal is to deceive. Also Read: Several Signs of a Scam Broker
What you did by contacting admin/support (email, call, WA) is the right thing to do. We as traders/clients are entitled to comfortable facilities from deposit to withdrawal. However, seeing that from January 2nd to January 21st (more than 2 weeks) without a response, I am worried that your money is no longer expected to be returned.
Thank you
