Pepperstone does not officially provide payment methods with local Indonesian banks, so for a guide on depositing to the Pepperstone broker via the Mandiri Bank ATM, you might be able to find it through one of the Indonesian IBs (if any).
To request a withdrawal via wire transfer, you must fill out the withdrawal form from the Pepperstone web portal. Transfer fees (from the information we received) are around AUD 20 - AUD 30.
