Use a VPN application on mobile or a VPN extension in Google or Firefox browser. When using Google Chrome browser, I always use the browsec extension. If you are using Google browser on PC, I recommend using this extension. The application is safe, lightweight and easy to use.
However, if you are using mobile, there are several VPN options that I can recommend. For paid ones, I recommend NordVPN, ExpressVPN and Surfshark. These recommendations use security parameters, speed, customer support, price, streaming, and customer convenience. For free VPNs, you can use turbo VPN or hotspot shield. Of course, paid VPNs are much safer and faster than free VPNs.
