I want to ask, sir, if I trade at Insta and have a floating loss or profit that is held for several years, will my account be banned or margin cut? Thank you
It seems possible. Unless the broker has rules about it. There are some brokers who implement a policy that orders older than 2 weeks will be closed, whether in loss or profit. I suggest it's best not to stay in floating for too long. It's possible the broker will forcibly close our floating orders without prior notice. If you are a Muslim, it's best to avoid trading accounts with a swap system.
thanks
To ENDRO,
You can hold a profitable position (as long as the position is still in profit) for as long as you want. And this broker has no right to close it.
However, if the position you are holding is in a losing condition, then you can only hold the position as long as the capital you have can withstand the existing loss. In this case, the broker's system will automatically close the position if the remaining funds can no longer withstand the existing loss (Stop Out).
Hopefully this helps.
