I am a user of the EA Autopro system with HF broker depositing around $500. After checking in MT4, the funds appear to be correct, but in myHF wallet it's only $0.75. When I asked the EA customer service, they said the funds had been migrated to MT4 and I don't have direct access to withdraw or internally transfer to my wallet. All transactions must go through the EA. 1. Is there such a thing as fund migration from the broker to MT4? 2. Why can't my Trading account be seen in MyHF on MT4? 3. Why don't I have direct access to deposit or transfer? 4. Why can't I see my EA on MT4 through the PC? 5. What is the best action for me to take, considering trading is new to me.

@Iwan: Hi Mr. Iwan. For cases like this, it's actually simple. Robot Autopro provides services using their robots, not selling the robots. So the money you used should still be safe in your AutoPro account. For further confirmation, please ask the robot's CS directly.
