Is it okay to switch accounts but use the same bank account and phone number? Does it have any impact when withdrawing?

As far as we know, it is not a problem. You can freely switch between trading accounts without having to worry about any obstacles in future fund withdrawals. As long as there is a match between the name registered on the trading account and the name listed on the bank account used, we don't think it will be a problem. However, if you are still in doubt, we suggest you ask your broker's customer service directly.
