For local brokers, as far as we know, almost all have news and analysis, both fundamental and technical, for example in the News section of Monex broker.
Regarding morning briefings, as far as we know, if you trade at a broker's office, there are always morning briefings. I personally used to trade at a local broker, and there were always morning and evening briefings, both news, fundamental and technical analysis.
For foreign brokers, not all have news and analysis, but large brokers always do. Some are also separated from their trading website, such as OANDA broker, which has a MarketPulse website for its news and analysis.
For news and analysis, you can also read websites specifically for market news and analysis such as DailyFX and Investing.
