Each broker has its own rules regarding deposit and withdrawal methods. On average, the process takes 1-24 hours, and some promote Instant withdrawals (broker exness)
For brokers that accept micro and cent accounts:
MasterForex and InstaForex also have a good withdrawal process and a lot of options.
In InstaForex, a cent account with a lot size of 0.10 = 0.001 dollars. While in Master Forex there are also cent accounts with a value of 0.10 = 0.01 dollars.

There is no difference either in terms of method or in terms of the withdrawal process between cent accounts and non-cent accounts (standard, micro, ECN, etc.). Generally, forex brokers process transactions (deposits or withdrawals) fairly and equally for all types of accounts.
