Try contacting their CS. Sometimes the requirements that can be taken are not written on Insta. As for the bonus balance, it cannot be withdrawn. What can be WD is the result of trading or profit from using the bonus as trading capital. Even then, the requirements are varied. You have to trade a certain number of lots, deposit first, it's just complicated.
