Thank you very much Mr. Martin for your response
...but I'm still confused about the information on the XM micro account: it states the MINIMUM trade on MT4 : 0.01 lot while on MT5 it's 0.1 lot... not 0.01.....is the volume value different... if on MT5 it's only allowed minimum 0.1 lot.....doesn't that mean it's the same value as a standard account of 0.01 lot... for your response I thank you very much... greetings of success to Mr. Martin.... thank you@ Dennt:
We don't know the exact regulations at broker XM. But if in MT5 the minimum is 0.1 lot, then it's a mini account, while in MT4 the minimum of 0.01 lot is a micro account. Perhaps there are no micro accounts in MT5, the minimum must be a mini account (with a minimum of 0.1 lot).
- … is the volume value different
What value is different, Sir? Clearly, for larger volume (lot size), the value per pip is also larger.
- …. doesn't that mean the value is the same as a standard account of 0.01 lot
The term standard account is for those with a minimum of 1 lot, while those with a minimum of 0.01 lot are micro accounts.
